Vulnerable Clients
Other agencies can refer clients to us who have special needs
which make them particularly vulnerable. We have a special
session for vulnerable clients on Monday mornings where they
can attend with a support worker if they have special mental or
physical problems or need support around childcare.
We encourage professional referrals to be made to our
appointment system, so that professionals supporting our clients
do not have to wait with them at our busy Wednesday morning
drop-in sessions. We have a standard form for referring clients to
us, which will be mailed or faxed to you to complete on request.

Hospital & Prison Visits
We are also able to visit vulnerable clients who cannot travel to
our offices to be seen. These clients, or professionals supporting
them, should contact us to request a referral form. Once a
completed referral form is received, it will be discussed at our
weekly Casework Team Meeting and a visit arranged if we can
assist.
