What We Offer
Legal Advice
The vast bulk of our work is to offer free legal advice and
representation to our clients with immigration, nationality and
asylum matters. We represent our clients at every level of the
system from initial interviews with the Home Office to the
Immigration Courts, Appeals Tribunals and even the Special
Immigration Appeals Commission.
Referrals to Other Agencies
We work in partnership with many other agencies and can
signpost other sources of help and support for our clients,
particularly to the Medication Foundation for the Care of
Victims of Torture, the George House Trust, Gay Immigration
Group, Women Asylum Seekers Together, National Coalition of
Anti-Deportation Campaigns and Refugee Action.
Training
Our case workers offer training to other organisations to help
them with their clients. A popular session on the legal
processes around unaccompanied asylum seeking children is
always in demand. We can deliver training on a range of
asylum, nationality and immigration issues. Contact us for
more details.
