We can visit vulnerable people who cannot travel to the office to be seen. If you are in this situation then you or your support worker should ring the referrals line on 0161 741 2641 between 2-3pm and explain how you are unable to get to the office. Once we have taken your details we will discuss your situation and let you know whether we can visit and how to make the necessary arrangements.
