- To conduct immigration, asylum and human rights cases to LSC contract/specification standards
- To supervise caseworkers to conduct casework to LSC contract/specification standards
- To maximise LSC income for the Unit through case starts and time recording and to meet billing targets
- To be a member of the Unit's internal casework management team (Director/Senior Caseworker/Senior Solicitor)

LogoTo conduct immigration and asylum casework within a team of advisers and representatives.
The caseworker will deal with the whole range of immigration and asylum advice within the context of a Legal Services Commission contract. The caseworker will carry out duties commensurate with a Level 2 accredited caseworker which requires a knowledge and understanding of the Legal Services Commission requirements and an ability to work well both independently and within a team of experienced caseworkers.
This post offers the opportunity to focus on the rights of separated children and young people and to develop or enhance expertise in this area.
